A stick pack is a single-serve powder sachet. Tear it open, pour it into water, stir, and drink. No scoops, no measuring, no shaker required. One stick = one serving.
Do I need to take all three products?
No. Each product works on its own. Most people start with one and add others over time based on what their life needs. Krea Lytes is the most popular starting point. Think of it like a skincare routine for your health. The full system is where it all comes together.
